Mash Media Extends Partnership with RefTech for a further 3 years

Opening Statement:
Following our successful partnership in 2024 with Mash Media, we are pleased to announce the partnership has been extended for a further three years. Starting in 2025, we will continue managing onsite registration and badging for International Confex, the Event Production Show (EPS), and the PA Show.


Mash Media, the leading publisher and event organiser, has announced a three-year partnership with RefTech to manage onsite registration and badging for International Confex, the Event Production Show (EPS), and the PA Show, starting in 2025.

This appointment follows the successful implementation of RefTech's award winning registration technology at the 2024 edition of these three co-located events, where RefTech played a pivotal role in streamlining attendee registrations and eliminating queues.

International Confex, EPS, and the PA Show, which attract thousands of professionals annually, rely on efficient registration solutions to ensure smooth operations across the three events.

During the 2024 event, RefTech's PrintPod technology allowed attendees to print badges on demand at various entry points, with branding specific to the event they were attending. The system also integrated seamlessly with Mash Media's other platform providers such as Grip for networking and lead retrieval, HubSpot for CRM and on-line registration and ASP for the website. With the option for print-at-home badges and early exhibitor registration, RefTech's solutions helped eliminate congestion, creating a smoother entry process.
