Reference Technology Ltd (RefTech) is a registration and badging company based in the Midlands, UK. Trading for over 20 years, we operate throughout the UK, Europe, North America, Scandinavia, Middle East and worldwide. Our goal is to make your life as an event organiser easier with world class technology for seamless delivery of online and onsite registration, badging and scanning solutions.

We want to be the best at what we do. So, you may not find us to be the cheapest. That's ok with us because striving to be the best means that we are constantly introducing useful technological innovations. The word 'useful' is crucially important. We don't create technology for the sake of it. Our solutions are designed to be beneficial to the user.

Designed for you

If you want to manage your registration yourself, you can. The software is designed to be easy and intuitive for you to use. If you prefer us to manage registration for you, that's easy too. We have skilled and experienced account managers, and dedicated project managers to support you. They talk plain English and won’t talk techie unless you want them to. For your onsite registration and badge printing, we have onsite staff to help you, so that your registration and badging area runs like clockwork.
