The Partnership

We have been proud partners of CHS since 2017 and we have delivered them consistent, seamless solutions for all their registration, badging and scanning needs. Over the years, we have provided quality technology and onsite support for many CHS events, and it's been an overwhelming success. Their journey with us shows that event registration, badging and scanning don't have to be hard, and with our tech it's just easy.

For CHS, they needed a comprehensive solution that could cover all bases as well as a great team to work alongside. The partnership has been massively important in giving CHS a consistent and successful solution year on year. With two large events each year and lots of smaller meetings and lunches happening around that – they needed a partner they could trust, something that would suit their needs and give attendees that great first impression from minute one.

The Journey

Our solution for CHS has come a long way, we've really developed over the years to perfect a comprehensive, end-to-end, registration, badging and scanning solution. In the beginning we started providing our services to CHS for exhibitor scanning only with LeadReference. We then looked at developing a better exhibitor experience with an exhibitor manual.

After this CHS decided to survey their options and tried other providers. Unfortunately, they experienced unreliable onsite badging which caused them to once again return to RefTech, this time utilising more of our services with the main point of interest being the diary system. Since their return to us we have joined forces as a collaborative partnership, expanded their solution, and streamlined attendee experience.

This partnership has supported many successful events for CHS, such as CHS Birmingham. Each CHS event is different, and we are always trying to adapt to fit the needs of attendees and organisers alike.
